Job Responsibilities
- Handle the full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.
- Perform various pass applications, renewal, cancellations and appeals, government claims or grants, workmen compensation and incident reporting.
- Handle employee records, pFiling, attendance system and leave administration.
- Liaise with insurer on activation and deactivation of employee’s medical coverage.
- Office management like upkeep and maintenance of the office units.
- Support in procurement of office supplies, stationeries & preparation/checking of claims.
- Assist on ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a HR Executive.
- Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people.
- Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Good knowledge of HR best practices and policies.
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
- Able to commence work within short notice.
Working : 5 day work week
