Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handle the full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.
  •  Perform various pass applications, renewal, cancellations and appeals, government claims or grants, workmen compensation and incident reporting.
  •  Handle employee records, pFiling, attendance system and leave administration.
  •  Liaise with insurer on activation and deactivation of employee’s medical coverage.
  • Office management like upkeep and maintenance of the office units.
  •  Support in procurement of office supplies, stationeries & preparation/checking of claims.
  •  Assist on ad hoc projects.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level / Diploma.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a HR Executive.
  • Able to interact comfortably with all levels of people.
  • Able to deal with staff firmly while maintaining good working relationship.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices and policies.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
  •  Able to commence work within short notice.

 

Working : 5 day work week
